January 2007 : I am working for a company called BDTS doing training and pretty much anything and everything because it is a small start up company. Josh is happily working for a company called Velocity, which is a franchise that does speed and agility training for athletes. Oh, and we celebrated our 3rd anniversary on January 24th. Josh's sister, Ashley got married to Matthew. We found out that Josh's brother, Andrew and wife Tonya were pregnant with their second child due in September.
February 2007: We rent a cabin for our anniversary/valentine's day and Josh breaks the news that Velocity is closing the Atlanta office, but good news they want him to keep working for them and they are going to actually give him a promotion...the catch: We move to Orange County, CA where the corporate office is located. Yeah, I was shocked but kind of excited to do something different.
March 2007: We went to visit California and after we got back we decided to make the move. We tell our family and friends. I tell my boss towards the middle of this month, and we decide that I will work until May because we will surely be moving by May. We found out that Josh's sister, Ashley and husband Matthew were pregnant due in November.
April 2007: We put the house up for sale so now every time I leave the house I have to leave it spotless b/c someone might be coming to see it. That was not fun. My friend Suzie got married to Brad. And I got in a wreck (hydroplaned on the interstate) and totaled my Pathfinder, so we have a rental car until May 15th and then we share a car until August. Josh's parents moved to South Carolina.

May 2007-September 2007: May 1st was my last day of work! Yippy, I was excited about my summer vacation. I visited a lot of family and friends, and basically did whatever I wanted. It was great!!!! We also had a going away party in May, because I have great friends and we were moving at anytime. A lot of people came and looked at the house, but we did not get any offers. We lowered the price a few times, but still nothing. In the meantime about 10 other houses in the neighborhood sold. Josh worked from home and went to California once a month for work. We both got new (to us) cars in August. Andrew and Tonya had a little girl, Natalie on September 6th. We had lots of other family/friends having babies. We found out one of my best friends, Amy is pregnant due in May. It was a fun 5 months except we could not plan much because we thought we'd be moving. At the beginning of September I start looking for temporary work because we realize we might not move until the beginning of the year.
Deep Creek - July 2007
September 17th: Josh tells me Velocity has decided to lay off the people working remotely from Atlanta (3 people including him). So we are not moving to California. Josh is currently looking for a job, and I started back to work with my old company on September 24th. It has been hard getting back into the daily 8-5 grind, but I'm sure I'll survive. We decide to go to Chattanooga for a little vacation before I go back to work so we leave Friday Sept 21st and spend the night in Chattanooga.
The pictures are from Rock City.
Sorry for the long post, thought I needed to get everyone up to date.
