Today I met Amy and Paxton for lunch at Pappasito's. It's a Mexican restaurant that I have only been to a couple of times, 1 of those times being several years ago when I first started dating Josh he invited me to his Uncle Dave's wedding/rehearsal dinner. I was like sure I'll go.....I met the entire family/extended family at the rehearsal dinner. We were late b/c Josh had baseball practice and when we walked in everyone cheered and clapped. Yikes! I was embarassed!! Little did I know that I'd be marrying into that clan a few years later.Anywho, back to lunch! It was great getting to catch up with Amy and see Paxton. He is such a sweet little boy. He loved watching what everyone was doing around us. The tables were all pretty close together so he had lots to keep him entertained. Thanks for meeting me!! Next time I am getting what Amy had because it tasted delicious!
