Torrie and DavidThursday, Jami and I took a road trip to Charleston. It rained almost the entire way and then started raining again after we got to David's parents beach house on Folly Island. It is a super nice place they rent out. We had some snacks and then got some grub at a crab shack on the island. The service was HORRIBLE but the food was really yummy. Torrie, Patrick, Courtney got there later and we played some cards then went to bed. We went to the expo the next morning and met Caroline and Blake there. We all came back to the beach and laid out for the afternoon. It was beautiful but very windy on the beach. That night I picked up Lauryn & Jenny from the airport, we grabbed some dinner then headed to Caroline & Blake's family beach house on Isle of Palm. We got our race day stuff ready then headed to bed. The race was fun! Beautiful weather!! We did a little shopping after the race, then went to the beach. We stayed as long as we could, but alth0ugh it was very sunny the wind was cold. So we ended the afternoon laying out on the porch upstairs at the beach house. Saturday night we had some delicious seafood at Gilligans. Their hushpuppies were to die for!!! Then we went to marble slab and had some ice cream. We were supposed to meet the other group in town but that didn't work out and we were wiped out after eating all that food so we crashed early. Jenny was really bummed....Sunday we had Caroline's famous shrimp and grits then headed home. It was a great weekend!!!

Oh my gosh! What great pics! Honestly, we are the cutest, funniest group EVER!!! ;) And where can I get a copy of the matchy-matchy... that's hilarious! Thanks for being such a good blogger. Now, when we get old, we'll actually remember how cool we were! ha!
