Saturday, was Paxton's 1st birthday. It was a very busy and kind of stressful day. I got a call that morning that my friend Sarah was in the hospital with a blood clot in her shoulder. So I left to go visit her before heading over to Douglasville for the birthday party. (Sarah is doing much better as of today, she had surgery to remove the clot, and she'll have to be on blood thinners for a few months but hopefully it was just a freak thing and it won't happen again. We are SO glad she is feeling better!) Amy & Brad put on quite a party, complete with a bouncy house that had a slide and a basketball goal, catered Moes (YUM!) and lots of cool decorations. It was a perfect day for an outside party. It was fun watching Paxton dig into his cake. He got really upset when they finally took it away. Happy Birthday Paxton! We enjoyed being a part of your special day!!
