Crazy Weekend!!

I am exhausted! I started class on Friday and had Inorganic Chemistry for 7 hours on Friday. Lecture for 4 hours in the morning and lab for 3 hours in the afternoon. I don't know what I have gotten myself into!! Right after I got out of class I headed down to the girls (Sarah, Jami and Courtney) house to help throw a shower for our friends Lauryn and Ben that eloped in November. We had a lot of yummy food, and just in case anyone is throwing a party and needs some good, easy food go to Sam's. We got some little crab cakes that were delicious and these pot stickers that were amazing. I think I ate a whole package.


Saturday morning I had Anatomy and Physiology class at 8 am. It is going to be a really difficult class. It was supposed to last until 4 pm but we got done around 12, which was great because I headed down to the girls again for a surprise bachelorette party and lingerie shower for Lauryn. We decorated the house complete with fog machine, streamers, black lights and bachelorette party decorations. It looked AWESOME. Just to give you some background, we (my 10 closest girlfriends from college) make a really big deal out of the bachelorette party. We make outfits that the bachelorette has to wear and they are usually pretty embarrassing. It all started with me and this incredible pink onsie!! We decided to do a kidnapping (Old School style) so Lauren, Jenny, Courtney and I dress in all black with pantyhose over our heads and nabbed her as she and Ben were going into a restaurant. We put her in the back of Jenny's car with a blindfold and hands tied and rode around with loud Mexican music to confuse her on where we were going. We then carried her to the girls house where all the other girls were waiting. We partied at the house and she opened all of her sexy lingerie, then we went out to this new club called Opera, which was soooo much fun. We stayed out dancing until around 3 then stopped at McDonald's for some good food. It was a success and she was very surprised!! Yeah. So this week, I will be working on schoolwork every night. Pray that I do not get overwhelmed with all I have to do!! I will leave you with a couple of pictures but I am going to put more into a slide show.
