Venting...

I think it was pretty good for my first time. I had several stray ones but they all hit the target sheet of paper at least...I think only 5 didn't hit the actual pretend guy. So I might not kill someone that breaks in but I will most definitely wound them!

So yesterday was a pretty frustrating day. I had class, and our first test in Anatomy 2. I had this same teacher last quarter and his class is REALLY frustrating because he is a horrible teacher with a god complex. It's awful. He is one of those teachers that takes pride in giving test that no one can get above an 80 on because the material he picks out to put on the test is either so obscure that you really shouldn't have to know it, or he just makes up questions that aren't even in the book, notes, or lab. His tests DEFINITELY do not test your knowledge of the material, which I find supremely frustrating. So I make a low B on this test b/c about 35% of these questions are NO WHERE to be found in the book or notes, and when you ask him he said on it's in the lab book. WRONG!! I did the lab and those questions are NO WHERE to be found. I wanted to strangle him. He is so smug and arrogant, and I just want to say "Dude, you are teaching a Saturday class (part time teacher) at a TECHNICAL COLLEGE. And I don't know if any of you have had a teacher like this, where class consists of him READING the power point slides word for word....not expounding on the material just reading (and stumbling over several pronunciations) the slides. I sit in class thinking WE CAN ALL READ, you idiot!!!! I can read these at home and not waste my time sitting her listening to you tell stories about when you were in school and how hard things were....blah blah blah. SHUT UP!! I don't care, and if you are so smart and a dr of chiropractor why aren't you practicing, instead of getting paid little money to teach a couple of classes at a technical college and working part time at belks. Seriously! Oh, and he tells us that he might be leaving in the middle of the quarter for another job, whatever, he should be getting fired. Sorry for the long rant, but isn't this what blogging is for.....Anywho when I got home, Luke had just finished taking a practice mcat and he said you want to go shoot some stuff. I was all for it so we went to a nearby indoor shooting range and emptied a few rounds into some targets. It felt GOOD!! And it was packed with a bunch of rednecks :-) After that we ate at Wild Wings, yummy and then I took Maddux to the dog park and for a long walk. Last night we watched a movie and ate take out Japanese. I am so glad I have siblings!! Life would be boring without them....Oh and Josh was out of town so that's why he wasn't involved in our weekend :-)
