Opening his giftsLast night, we went to Luke's farewell party that the ladies from Children's Healthcare threw him. I found out that they absolutely adore him! They think he hung the moon. They went on and on about what a great worker he was, how he was going to be a wonderful doctor and how he was so good with kids. We had dinner at Swallow at the Hollow, a delicious bbq place in Roswell. They had a guy playing guitar and singing. And towards the end of the night John Schmoltz came in to eat with a girl that was probably 24. She looked VERY young. Josh was so excited to see him. He went over and talked to him for a minute.....I didn't get a picture though. All the ladies were super nice. We ended the night at Red Salt, a new restaurant in downtown Roswell. It was packed for a Thursday night.

Thanks for the farewell party blog. Luke had it made didn't he. Leaving all those women(girls) and headed to school with probably mostly men. I know he will make a great doctor. Love you Luke. ma
PS Summer you will have to tell him all this because I know he doesn't read any blogs.
I agree!! He is going to make a great doctor and he is a very hard worker. He will be greatly missed.
